К Now it is time to save our report.  This is done by selecting option 7 from  К
К the Main Menu.  If a report definition file by that name already exists, you К
К will be asked if you want to replace it.  On the other hand if you try to    К
К exit without saving what you have done, you will be asked if you want to     К
К quit.                                                                        К

К That's all there is to it.                                                   К

К To print this report we just type RPT at the DOS prompt.  Make any changes   К
К you wish on the Globals Screen and enter a selection criteria.  If you don't К
К like what you see, you can always go back to RPTDEF and change it.           К

К There are some same reports for my baseball card collection on the distri-   К
К bution diskette.  Try printing some of them or make up your own.  The data   К
К definition file is BBCARDS.DEF and the data file is BBCARDS.DAT.             К
